
Aaron is a co-founder of Pluralsight where he focuses on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML and Web services
technologies. He focuses primarily on the Microsoft platform and is considered an expert on
BizTalk Server 2006 (R2) and Windows Communication Foundation in .NET 3.0.
Aaron frequently consults with small companies to the largest enterprises on how to approach a
realistic service-oriented architecture using these technologies.

Aaron has also spent years developing course materials, and teaching professional
developers throughout the world. Aaron frequently speaks at developer conferences including
PDC, TechEd, and VSLive! to name a few, and he's on the advisory board for the
Utah .NET User Group where he contributes locally.
Microsoft recognizes Aaron as an
Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for his contributions to the developer community.
Aaron has written numerous books, articles, and whitepapers including the
Essential XML Quick Reference
(Addison Wesley, 2001), Essential
XML (Addison Wesley, 2000), and his popular XML column ,
The XML Files, in MSDN Magazine. He currently writes MSDN Magazine's
Service Station
column in conjunction with his blog of the same name.
Aaron lives in Utah with his wife Monica and four children Michelle, Michael,
Nathan, and Gisela.
