Terry Toy

Terry has over 15 years’ experience in software development from business applications to embedded systems. He has worked at a variety of government agencies and private firms including: California Senate, Office of Legislative Counsel, and Space Systems Loral. Terry, a former officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, has degrees in Math/Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Management. In addition to his industry experience, Terry has taught numerous programming and web development courses. In his spare time, Terry enjoys hiking and spending time with his family.
