Over the last couple of years, Keith, Doug the Meta Man, Gudge the Great and a bunch of others, had promised that I would succumb to the urge to spout... I have resisted so far, clearly in vain...

I work as a Program Manager in Identity and Access Group (IDA) at Microsoft. I was named Vijay by my parents and carry the family name Gajjala which I am fond of mentioning sounds like “Godzilla”...

IDA group at Microsoft is “awesome”... I am connected to the now famed InfoCard;  to the team that produced Active Directory Federation Services in R2; and I get to work with HerveyW on the STS... And in case it is not clear, this group is about Identity and Security Access Control not about Microsoft Access - the DataBase...

Watch this space if you want to know about Microsoft's work in the areas of Identity, Identity Federation and distributed Authorization, and my philosophical opinions around these topics.

Keith, Doug, Gudge, this is fun :-)
