Several people have read too much into my recent post about Orcas.

By “thankful for next thursday“ I meant “the one day of the year where folks in the US eat turkey” not “the top-secret day that Microsoft is going to ship VS 2008.” 

Besides, everyone knows we ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

Ummm...this Thursday isn't Thanksgiving...I call shenanigans and will be looking for VS 2008 on MSDN downloads in three days ;)

*sigh* - And I just cancelled the family vacation, purchased 6 12-packs of Dr. Pepper, 12 bags of Cheetos, a new lock system for my office door (so I can nerd-out on VS2008 in peace), set up multiple UPS power systems, readied the power generator with extra tanks of fuel and upgraded my bandwidth to 50mbps Verizon FiOS...

I guess hermit mode will have to wait.
