WF 3.5 SendActivity with ChannelManagerService followup

Here's a short video on how to use the WF 3.5 SendActivity with the ChannelManagerService to populate named Endpoints. It also shows how to "subvert" the SharePoint WF Runtime to add custom services, including the ChannelManagerService.
