Microsoft is made up of many personalities and many people. One of the really good ones is Loke Uei Tan. Last week marked Loke's 5th anniversary at Microsoft.
I've been involved with the world of Microsoft for about 15 years now. I started as a Microsoft C++ dev back in 1992 and began working with Microsoft directly as a consultant and writer back in 2000/2001. During that time, I've met a lot of good people at Microsoft.
I've been working with Loke for roughly a year now since he came to the US from Malaysia. Of the many excellent people I've met, Loke is one of the special ones. He brings a level of energy, intelligence and motivation that's hard to match.
Here's wishing Loke many, many more great years at Microsoft. He's been a great asset to the world of Windows Mobile and I'm sure he has many great things still to come.
