There are a couple of good papers coming available on Windows Mobile Security in the Enterprise. In my opinion, these are an essential read for anyone designing, developing or administering Windows Mobile applications.
 
Both of the above papers provide excellent, in-depth coverage. If you're looking for a high-level overview of Windows Mobile Security checkout a short paper a wrote recently for the MVP Security Column, Understanding the Windows Mobile Security Model. Keep in mind that this is general overview of Windows Mobile Security, it's not a replacement for the two detailed papers I mention above.
 
While we're on the topic of security, there's a good Windows Mobile hands-on lab that's been available for a while but it's still a great exercise: Understanding Windows Mobile Security Using the Device Security Manager. You can do the lab as a Virtual Lab or you can do the lab locally using the Lab Manual and the Device Security Manager.
