Screencast: Running workflows in your .NET applications

My latest screencast is up on the Endpoint.tv show on Channel 9.  In this screencast I cover the basic steps to host workflows in your applications.  I cover the basic hosting steps in a console application, then jump in and run a workflow in an ASP.NET application.

Not working very well in Media Player 9, 10 or 11. Video playback is not working - I just see stills and a few seconds of video every third minute or so, and the sound jumps. Why can't you guys link to downloadable versions and not those crappy streams? Applies to all the Workflow videos.

Haakon,

Sorry you are having problems with the videos.  I have alerted Microsoft and they are looking into it, but haven't had any other reports.  If you would like to download the video instead of streaming, you can mouse over the "downloads" link near the bottom of the main panel, then right-click the "screencast" link and save the WMV file locally.  Generally the streaming is better for low bandwidth and provides quicker start time for users.  Let me know if watching it from the local copy doens't fix your issues.
