Resource Representation SOAP Header Block implementation available

I've recently added support for the Resource Representation SOAP Header Block specification ( try saying that three times fast! ) to my MTOM CR implementation. There are two new endpoints as detailed here.
 
I'm currently the only one with an endpoint so I'm sitting here all alone, testing against myself. Hopefully by next week there will be a couple more. And then we can finally move out of the CR phase.
