My first week at MindReef

So I haven't posted for a while. I took a vacation (sans laptop!), and then started at MindReef. I spent most of my first week just getting my bearings (and getting used to going into an office every day). It's a big change going from a company of 57,000 employees to a company with 18. I'd forgotten how much I love small companies. Everything is so fluid, it just rocks. In addition to getting an environment setup, I spent a bunch of time with the dev team, participated in the first WS-I XML Schema Plan Working Group conference call, caught up with Steve Vinoski, and generally enjoying my new situation. I'm traveling for the next couple of weeks, starting with the Applied XML DevCon later this week in Portland. I'll be at WinDev next week, then at the WS-I meeting in Miami in November. Then off the road for a bit. I should be posting all the while... :-)
