SILICON SLOPES – Pluralsight, Inc. (NASDAQ: PS) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,700,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share.

The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 17, 2018, under the symbol "PS," and the offering is expected to close on May 21, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. Pluralsight has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,105,000 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Barclays Capital Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated are acting as book-running managers.
