Sean Amlaner

Sean has worked as a Senior Digital Compositor for feature film visual effects studios such as Sony Pictures Imageworks, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Technicolor, Rhythm & Hues, and many others. During his career, he has had the opportunity to work on over 40 feature films such as The Incredible Hulk, Kung Fu Panda, Men In Black 3, and Wreck-It Ralph. Sean's educational experience includes an MFA in Visual Effects and a BS in 3D Character Animation. His studio experience has included training and supervising international and local artists, compositing and stereo supervision, tool development, and studio curriculum/training material development. In addition to expanding his skill set, Sean has worked in feature and independent films as well as many other post-production projects including music videos, commercials, television shows, and other venues both in 2D and 3D stereo. Sean is an active member of the Visual Effects Society and has given visual effects-related presentations both at schools and other venues. On the side, he also works as a collectible toy designer.
