The Seoul-based VFX house, Macrograph rocks the boat with its newest VFX reel's massive open-water combat sequences and a water simulation dynamics. Beginning around 2:34 Macrograph's reel shows some outstanding boat modeling and animation from the film The Admiral. The studio's fine handling of water dynamics, exploding wood particles, and ship physics create a great amount of fidelity to the film's ocean battle scenes.
