Hi, I'm Laura Hawk, and I'll be your guide throughout this course on Adobe Target Automated Personalization. Every day millions of people around the world visit web and mobile sites. Each person has different tastes and interests, and each has a different likelihood of engaging and buying. Most brands understand this and want to serve personalized and optimized experiences. However, the task of sifting through thousands of visitor variables and factoring in a constantly changing market make manual discovery of insights really challenging. That's why I'm so excited to share with you the power of automated personalization. We'll approach this course in three modules: a quickstart for using and understanding automated personalization, an in-depth look at how to read and interpret the reports for the AP test you create, and lastly, we'll talk strategy, and how you can begin to use automated personalization in your own marketing organization.
