Hi, everyone. My name is Kevin Miller and welcome to my course, Organizational Change Management for ITIL Practitioner. I am the founder and principal consultant of Delta Technology, where we are opening IT to change. Organizational Change Management is a critical skill to improve your odds for a successful change initiative. This course does a deep dive on how to manage the people side of change, which you can use to help others and yourself quickly accept and adapt to change. Some major topics that we will cover include navigating people through the change curve, the three phases of transition and the seven key activities essential for implementing a successful change. I'll also provide many document templates for you to start using right away. By the end of this course, you'll understand what organizational change management is and why it is so important and have the skills and tools necessary to implement successful change in your organization. You'll also be prepared for the organizational change management questions on the ITIL Practitioner exam.
