Course Overview
Hi everyone, and welcome to this course: PRINCE2 - What Has Changed in PRINCE2 2017, where you will be presented with a comprehensive overview of the changes in the new version of your favorite project management method. My name is Tommy van Schaik, and I currently work as a project manager for the Dutch government. PRINCE2 is a project management method based on years of gathering best practices on project management from commercial and government organizations around the world. This year, a new version of the PRINCE2 method was released to create a better fit with the challenges of modern day projects. In this course, we will focus on the changes between the 2009 and 2017 version of PRINCE2. So that means the emphasis that is now placed on tailoring your projects, new concepts, like organizational adoption of PRINCE2; and changes to the PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner exams and certifications. By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of the changes between the 2009 and 2017 version of PRINCE2, and you will be fully aware of the new concepts introduced in the new version of the PRINCE2 project management method. So let's go ahead and get started on the What Has Changed in PRINCE2 2017 course, here at Pluralsight.
