Description

In 2017, a new version of the popular PRINCE2® project management method will be released. In this course, PRINCE2® - What Has Changed in PRINCE2® 2017, you'll learn the updates and differences from the old 2009 version of PRINCE2® to the new 2017 version. First, you'll dive into the extra emphasis AXELOS placed on tailoring projects. Next, you'll explore new guidance on embedding PRINCE2® within organizations. Finally, you'll discover the new PRINCE2® foundation, and practitioner exams and certifications. By the end of this course, you'll have a clear understanding of the changes between the 2009 and 2017 version of the PRINCE2® project management method.
