Then, you will move into dial plan issues with Unified Communications Manager Express, and learn about voicemail troubleshooting and monitoring with Cisco Unity Connection. Finally, you will also explore issues you may run into with voice gateways, as well as core QoS issues you need to be prepared for, and review common issues with Cisco IM and Presence.
