After years of working in software development, Reindert-Jan Ekker switched to teaching programmers in 2010 and never looked back. He authors Pluralsight courses and teaches classes about Python, data science, devops (among others). Shubham Sinha has been a developer for more than 5 years now and has been working on design and development in the core technology as well as enterprise tools like ServiceNow. He is well acquainted with the multi-tenant and multi-instance architecture on which most of the platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce and SAP primarily works.
