Fusion 360 is an amazingly diverse 3D CAD platform that can accomplish a variety of feats. This course will cover the information you need to know about working with Autodesk Fusion 360's approach to making parts and assemblies. Software required: Autodesk's Fusion 360.

What you'll learn

The methodology in using Fusion 360 Bodies and Components is different than any other CAD software. In this course, Fusion 360 - Unique Design Environment with Bodies And Components, you will learn about similarities, differences, and best practices on several design paths. First, you'll get an overview of the various types of bodies and components in a Fusion 360 design. Next, you'll dive into component only design, what a "linked" body/component is, and learn about multi-type designs. Finally, you'll wrap up the course learning about some Fusion 360 best practices. After completing this course, you will have a strong foundation in how Fusion 360 Bodies and Components work, and how you can leverage them in your own work.
