Pluralsight Named Company of the Year in the 2015 BIG Awards for Business

SALT LAKE CITY – Pluralsight, a global leader in online learning for technology professionals, today announced it was named Company of the Year in Business Intelligence Group’s 2015 BIG Awards for Business program. Pluralsight was named the top company in the education category.

“Ambition, focus and execution are all characteristics of this year’s winners,” said Russ Fordyce, managing director of the Business Intelligence Group. “Our judges were inspired by the people behind the great performances and those who led these organizations to excel. We are so incredibly proud to reward each and every winner and finalist.”

Using a proprietary judging process scored by well-known and experienced leaders and executives from around the world, the BIG Awards specialize in recognizing top-performing companies and organizations. This is Pluralsight’s third, significant recognition in recent months. In September, Pluralsight received a Gold Stevie Award for Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year by the American Business Awards, and in August, for the third-consecutive year, Pluralsight ranked in the Inc. 5000 list, ranking No. 338 overall and No. 2 in the education industry.

“I’m proud of the entire Pluralsight team—from our dynamic internal team to our growing network of expert authors—for accomplishing this award,” said Aaron Skonnard, co-founder and CEO of Pluralsight. “This recognition from Business Intelligence Group is a testament to the people and culture at Pluralsight and the importance of our mission to democratize professional technology learning.”

Pluralsight and its family of companies provide online access to an ever-growing collection of software development, IT and creative courses and live-mentoring tools to a network of nearly three million learners around the world. Pluralsight’s robust learning platform allows industry veterans to skill-up and those with no experience to gain the skills needed to land the most in- demand tech jobs in the market today.
