There seems to be no shortage of options for developers looking to create innovative new web applications.  Google's App Engine is one such option and in this video excerpt from Lynn Langit's new course Introduction to Google Cloud you'll see how to setup and deploy a web application that uses Google's App Engine framework.  In the full course Lynn covers other topics such as understanding the APIs and billing, configuring Eclipse, and where to find resources for developers.
