EKS Basics
This course will teach the basics of Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service.
What you'll learn
Welcome to the EKS Basics course. Have you heard about Kubernetes, but not sure where to get started on AWS? Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) is a managed service that makes it easy to run Kubernetes on AWS without needing to install and operate your own Kubernetes control plane or worker nodes. This course will introduce EKS concepts to get you up and running. We’ll start off with an introduction to Kubernetes concepts. You’ll learn how these concepts apply to EKS and the advantages of using EKS to host your Kubernetes workload. You will also configure your own EKS cluster, run an application, and explore the features of EKS.
