David is the Field CTO for Flow. For those who aren’t familiar with what a Field CTO does, David often describes it like this: “CTO’s are responsible for ensuring their engineering organizations deliver value, Field CTO’s are responsible for making sure the Customers realize value.” As the Field CTO of Flow he and his team of experts work with our customers to analyze their data and figure out the best strategies and actions they can take to drive their organizations forward. Prior to joining Pluralsight, David was the Director of Agile & DevOps Transformation for BNY Mellon's Global Operations & Technology organization. In this role, he was responsible for setting the strategic direction of technology and enabling all of engineering to improve their delivery.

Kristin Salvatora is the VP of Customer Experience for Flow and brings a passion for helping customers get the most out of our tech. She brings nearly 20 years of experience with customers with the last 10 years specifically in tech. She loves connecting our customers, sharing stories and understanding customer's 'why' to ensure everyone benefits!

Adil started his career as a software engineer, eventually climbing the ladder to lead the technical side of a DevOps transformation at a large healthcare company. Since then, Adil has led multiple engineering and product organizations as a CTO within the VC-backed startup space. He joins the Flow Engineering Transformation Team to help engineering leaders through their growth and transformation journeys and get the most out of Flow to drive continuous improvement in their organizations.

Vicki comes us to us with 10+ years of customer management experience, with a background as a leader in both Product and Customer Success. Her unique experience allows her to empathize with our customers, understand the strategic goals they are working to accomplish, and how to create a path to get them there with FLOW.

Sadee is the Director of Flow Expert Services, where she leads teams committed to ensuring the smooth implementation of Flow and empowering customers on the platform. With a proven history of guiding Engineering and IT organizations across diverse sectors towards greater agility and efficiency, she is deeply dedicated to fostering a software delivery culture characterized by lean practices, innovation, and effectiveness. Beyond this, Sadee is fervently driven to assist leaders in crafting nurturing and healthy work environments, recognizing the profound impact they have on organizational success and employee well-being.

Colin is our EMEA based Transformation Expert, with 10+ years of experience in tech, 8 of those directly working with software development teams. He has spent the last 4 years at Pluralsight helping our customers transform their businesses, using his in-depth product knowledge to help customers optimise their workflows and build better.
