We've seen a huge shift in popularity from Data Warehouses to Data Lakes, but, often, we still use both. Databricks is leading the charge in a new data paradigm they call the "Data Lakehouse" that looks to build a platform using the best features of both. This utilises the open source Delta Lake, or the premium Delta on Databricks. This session will take a deeper look at some of the problems this approach is targeting, the tools & functionality that Delta provides and how we can bring it all together as a single, unified analytics platform.
