Course Overview Hi, everyone. My name is Casey Ayers, and welcome my course, Agile Transformation: The Big Picture. In this course, we'll explore how adopting an agile mindset can allow your team and organization to radically improve your ability to foment positive change. By the end of this course, you'll understand why agile matters, what agile means, and how you can adapt agile methods to your organization. Before beginning this course, you should be familiar with some of the principles of project management in general in order to better relate to the material we'll discuss. This course is the first course in two different series, covering agile transformation from the perspective of organizational leaders and project team members.
