Course Overview
Hi, I'm Mark Masters. In this course, we are going to learn how to create game animations inside of Blender. We'll start out by discussing the challenges you'll need to overcome in creating game animations, like making sure an animation looks great from every possible angle and creating an animation that is readable but also fast enough to get the player back into the action. We'll then take a look at the character rig and then dive into the four game animations we'll be creating: an idle, walk cycle, attack, and death animation. Throughout this course, you'll learn vital techniques and workflows that will allow you to create appealing, believable, and polished game animations in the shortest amount of time possible. You'll also learn about some of Blender's powerful animation tools that can help speed up your workflow. Now I'm really excited to get started, so let's jump right in and learn about game animation in the next video.
