Introduction and Project Overview
Hello everyone. My name is Petros Afshar. I am a graphic designer working for Fishfinger Creative Agency. My latest projects include illustration work for ESPN, commercial branding for app startups, and a video game project currently in development titled Eminence. In this course, we are going to learn how to create branding assets, specifically crest designs for factions that are featured in the video game Eminence. Some of the major topics that we'll be discussing in this course will include a step-by-step process on how to design an Eminence crest, examples of how we can incorporate different techniques to stylize your very own assets, using the Pen tool to create more advanced designs, and finally how to apply Eminence branding on the UI infrastructure, website, or as part of an in-game feature. By the end of the training, you'll be able to use your own knowledge of the game's key brand to create your own crest designs and apply them to a medium of your own choice. I'm excited to share these valuable tricks and techniques with fellow artists. So sign in or sign up, and let's get started with the first lesson.
