Course Overview
Hello there, my name is Nejc and I would like to present you with my Cinema 4D course about product visualization. A little bit about me, I am a 3D generalist working in the field of architecture visualization, product visualization, and similar fields. My experience ranges from working solo as a freelance artist to being fulltime employed in a studio. My motto is in creativity and efficiency, two usually very uncooperative adjectives, but to me they are the path to great work. In this course we will go through the trenches of both theory and practical work, starting with concept development. I will do my best to show you the keys to an efficient workflow that will help you create better work commercially as well as personally. We will go over material basics, how material channels work, and for all you intermediate users, we go through the basics of BRDFs and manipulating texture maps inside Cinema 4D. One of the key takeaways for everyone will be on how to adapt the workflow to suite high resolution rendering. I will show you a couple of tricks with rendering render regions and we will also take a look at camera settings for effects like depth of field and motion blur. We will end our project doing postproduction, which entails color correction and similar tasks, and by the end of the course you will be able to take a similar project from start to finish on your own. With that said, looking forward to showing you around.
