Course Overview
Hello everyone. My name is Emilee McWilliams, and welcome to my course, Configure Team Sharing and Grant Access in Salesforce. I'm a data specialist, and I've had the opportunity to build and configure Salesforce for a financial services firm, and many times in a CRM we need a better and faster way to share records with Salesforce users working in teams. In this course, we're going to understand one of the best ways to share those records for accounts, cases, and opportunities, all while seeing the business impact. Some of the major topics that we will cover include understanding organization‑wide defaults, configure account teams, discovering how a case record layout can be changed, seeing how simple it is to add opportunity team members to a record. By the end of this course, you'll know how to configure team sharing and access in Salesforce. An understanding of Salesforce basics is required for this course, including being familiar with Salesforce developer org. I hope you'll join me on this journey to learn Salesforce team sharing with the Configure Team Sharing and Grant Access course, at Pluralsight.
