Course Overview
Hi, everyone. My name is Jean‑Sebastien Padoan, and welcome to my course, Create a Bot by Using the Bot Framework SDK with Microsoft Azure. I am a solution architect and also a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Even if a bot is an application, it is a specific type of application that does not manipulate dialog boxes or manage mouse clicks, but instead activities, turns, and dialogs. So after introducing different concepts, vocabulary, and considerations that are important to understand to make your future bot the champion in its category, we'll proceed concretely with two approaches, one in low code and the other in full code mode. This course will also demonstrate practically how to create a bot with these two options, as well as deploying your bot to Azure. Some of the major topics that we will cover include planning a bot with Microsoft Azure, creating a bot with the Bot Framework Composer, developing a bot with the Bot Framework SDK, and deploying to Azure Bot Service. By the end of this course, you will know everything about bots, and I hope it will also make you want to develop bots. Before beginning the course, you just be familiar with Azure and AI concepts, and we will start by presenting the concepts and vocabulary. I hope you will join me on this journey to master bots with Create a Bot by Using the Bot Framework SDK with Microsoft Azure course, here at Pluralsight.
