Course Overview
Hi everyone, my name is Simone Alessandria. Welcome to my course Creating Layouts with Flutter. I'm a speaker, author, and proud developer at softwarehouse.it, and I'm also in love with Flutter. Not only is it a fantastic framework for creating mobile apps, for iOS and Android, but it's also becoming a universal platform where you'll be able to run your projects on mobile, web, and desktop. And also important is that Google is investing heavily on Flutter. In this course, you are going to use several layout widgets in Flutter with hands on exercises so that at the end of each module you have a working prototype of the widgets you've used. Some of the major topics that we will cover include using ListView, GridView, and Stack; creating layouts for navigation; using Cupertino widgets; creating linear and radial hero animations. By the end of this course, you'll know how to create professional and engaging layouts for Flutter. Before beginning the course, you should have some exposure to Flutter, even at a beginner's level. I hope you'll join me on this journey to learn Flutter with the Creating Layouts with Flutter course at Pluralsight.
