Architecting the Data Layer (Overview)
Hello, this is Julie Lerman for Pluralsight. I've done a whole bunch of Entity Framework courses for Pluralsight where my goal was for you to learn the ins and outs of using various features of Entity Framework. In most of those courses, I've used simplistic demos so you could focus on the task at hand and not worry about other code that's in the way. I'd love being able to show you how to use Entity Framework but I certainly don't want you to think that this demoware represents how to incorporate Entity Framework into well architected apps.

Bounded DbContext
Hello. This is Julie Lerman. I'm happy to be sharing this video with you as part of my Pluralsight course about architecting the data layer when you're using Entity Framework. In the first video of the course I provided an overview of considerations to take into account when using Entity Framework in large enterprise applications. This video will drill into a concept that comes from Domain Driven Design called the Bounded Context and how to implement it when you're using Entity Framework. Though, since I'm using Entity Framework and its DbContext I refer to my implementation as a bounded DbContext.

Repositories and Unit of Work
Hello! This is Julie Lerman and this is the third module in my course on Architecting the Data Layer with the Entity Framework. In this video I'll focus on building repositories around your entity framework models and contexts.

Automated Testing
Hello, this is Julie Lerman and the video you're about to watch is the final part of my course on architecting the data layer when using Entity Framework in your solutions. In this video, I'll focus on automated testing when Entity Framework is involved.
