Addressing product risks is a very important topic for anyone developing a new product or service, since 40% to 60% of software products fail to meet the expectations. Your goal as a product manager is to ensure that those risks are addressed and that your initial assumptions are validated before your company invests the time and effort in developing or improving a product.
