Have you been struggling to create Fusion 360 designs that incorporate symmetry, mirroring, and patterns? If so, then this course is for you. In this course, Fusion 360 Essentials - Patterns and Symmetry, you'll learn how to take advantage of patterns and symmetry across the various workspaces of Fusion 360. First, you'll use these tools with sketch entities, T-splines, patch bodies, and components. Next, you'll learn how to create patterns in Fusion 360. Finally, you'll discover how to use those patterns to create parametric models. When you're finished with this course, you'll have a thorough understanding of Fusion 360's patterning and symmetry tools and how you can use them to accurately reflect your design intent. Software required: Fusion 360.

Course Overview Hi my name's Rob Duarte and welcome to my course Fusion 360 Essentials - Patterns and Symmetry. I'm an artist, a designer and an educator. I've been working with Fusion 360 since day one and I'm a member of the Autodesk Expert Elite. In this course you'll learn how to take advantage of patterns and symmetry across the various workspaces of Fusion 360. You'll use these tools with sketch entities, T-Splines, and patch bodies, solid bodies and components. You'll also learn how to create patterns and how to use those patterns to create parametric models. All through a series of real world practical examples. Before begining this course you should have some experience with the model workspace in Fusion 360 including sketching. By the end of this course you'll have added a host of new tools and strategies to your 3D modeling skillset. You'll be a more productive user of Fusion 360 and you'll be better equipped to create designs that accurately reflect your design intent. You'll also be more prepared to tackle some of the other Fusion 360 courses at Pluralsight. I hope you'll join me in exploring these essential modeling tools in the Fusion 360 Essentials - Patterns and Symmetry course at Pluralsight.
