Without a compass and a set of guiding principles, project teams are too often left adrift, unable to achieve their objectives or defend their place within organizations. In this course, Gauging Project Team Performance, you'll gain the skills to ensure that what you’re measuring and what you’re doing are aligned to generate results. First, you’ll learn how to define project objectives and requirements in a way that guides your team’s efforts effectively, and allows you to measure your achievement in meeting underlying needs.
