Creating a Rocket Illustration
In this chapter, we're going to take all the skills that we learned about when it comes to working with blends and gradient mesh inside of Illustrator to create this illustration of this rocket. If you take a look at the rocket, it definitely has a 3D quality to it. That was achieved by using gradient mesh. You can see examples of the gradient mesh here within the body of the rocket, the top section of the rocket, the window, and also these legs here on the rocket. We've also used blends to create these flames. So, we're going to implement everything that we talked about up until this point to create this illustration.
