Auditing provides management with key insight into the efficiency and effectiveness of their business processes. In this course, look specifically at the audit of IT services, operations, and maintenance. You will benefit from learning the techniques and skills necessary to conduct an audit of the processes of IT operations, and the ability of those systems to meet service delivery objectives. Some of the major topics we will cover include service level agreements and third party relationship management, change control and patch management, testing of software and systems, and disaster recovery planning. By the end of this course you'll be familiar with the content in the fourth domain of the CISA examination, and be knowledgeable in the areas of IT audit necessary to be an effective IT auditor.
