Hi everyone. My name is John Savill, and welcome to my course, Securing Access to Microsoft Azure Databases. I'm a principal technical architect at the Dallas Microsoft Technology Center. Azure has a rich set of database offerings, and understanding how to secure the access to those services is critical. In this course, we're going to look at the options related to authentication and authorization for applications and users when leveraging the database services available in Azure. By the end of this course, you'll know the capabilities available in Azure database services that can be used to secure the access and how to choose.
