Course Overview Hey everyone, my name is Jason Cox. Welcome to my course on Premiere Pro CC 2017 Updates. I'm an Adobe Certified Instructor and owner of Some Might Say Media, LLC. This course is going to be set up a little bit differently than the average course on Premiere that you might watch here on Pluralsight. Since this is a class on CC 2017 updates, the course itself will be updated as Adobe rolls out new changes and features, until the next major new version is released. Forget release notes, just check back here shortly after Adobe releases a 2017 update for any significant additions. In most cases, you can watch the videos in any order to learn about just the new features that you want. Some of the major topics that we will cover include new project setup features like keyboard mapping, new workflow features like working with 360-degree video, and new import and export features such as creating proxy media. Before we get started, I'd just like to thank VR plugin maker Mettle and Videobred for use of some of their 360-degree video that was used in this series of lessons. Check out Mettle's plugins at mettle. com, that's M-E-T-T-L-E. com, and Vidoebred's work at videobred. com, videoB-R-E-D. com. I hope you'll join me on this journey to check out all the cool new stuff inside Premiere with this Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 Updates course, here at Pluralsight.
