Hi, everyone. My name is Zaheer Mukhtar, and welcome to my course, Quixel Suite 2. 0, NDO Essentials. I'm a freelance 3D artist and have been working in gaming industry for over five years now. The art industry demands quick production of normal maps to bring in details into low-poly model in shortest possible time. In this course, we are going to explore essentials of NDO from Quixel Suite 2. 0 for creating normal maps quickly, for any type of game models in no matter of time. Some of the major topics that we will cover include exporting low-ploy model to Quixel Suite for sculpting normal detail, exploring the NDO interface in depth with practical examples, creating the normal maps, details for generative model, looking into real-time sculpting option on 3D model using multi-normal layer, and producing AO cavity specular and diffuse maps from normal map for texturing. By the end of this course, you will know all the techniques and knowledge of the tool that will enable you to create any type of normal map for your model. Before beginning the course, you should be familiar with some of the basics of Photoshop.
