In this tutorial we will be learning about the steps and processes involved in creating a realistic character portrait. Throughout the course we will be learning advanced techniques and workflows behind creating photorealistic skin textures and shaders. We will talk about sculpting the model and what to look for when developing your character's appearance, as well as setting up lights and cameras for our final composition. Software Required: Maya 2012, ZBrush 4R2, Photoshop CS3

Cory Cosper is an award winning character artist in the entertainment industry and his work has been showcased in magazines such as 3d World, and on websites such as CGtalk, ITSart, and CGSculpt.
