Introduction and Project Overview
Hello, my name's Delano, and I'd like to welcome you to this course where we will learn how to rig a wing in Maya. Rigging a believable wing can be a difficult challenge due to the complexities of a wing. In this course, we will overcome this challenge and create a control rig that is ready for animation. We'll first cover some things to consider when constructing this control rig. From there we will set up the wing step by step, making sure the system we build will be sufficient to the animator's needs. We'll also build a few MEL scripts to work efficiently. By the end of this course, you'll be equipped with the knowledge you need to rig wings for convincing animation. And with that, let's get started.
