Next, you will delve into a theory perspective to understand the purpose of various solutions such as, Notify, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD or ITSM, being composed out of theory and at the same time, real life use cases. Finally, you will discover how to apply your learnings by putting into practice the theory through focused demonstrations. When you’re finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge of enabling and using the most common ServiceNow solutions along with its modules needed to get started with ServiceNow.
