First, you’ll explore the role and responsibilities of a test manager. Next, you’ll discover how to plan, estimate and schedule a testing project. Finally, you’ll learn how to keep track of progress and communicate the testing status to all the project stakeholders. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of Test Management needed to pass the ISTQB Foundation exam and contribute to the development of a test strategy and test plan on both traditional and agile projects.

About the author

Stephen Allott is an IT Professional who has specialised in software testing and quality assurance methods and techniques since 1995.
