First, you will look at the agile mindset that is required to make an objective analysis of all facets of your product. Second, you will focus on identifying and managing stakeholders. Finally, you will explore how to identify value and effectively communicate that with stakeholders of the product. By the end of this course, you will have the skills and knowledge to identify and analyze all aspects of your product, which are some of the core skills of an effective product owner.

Stakeholder management is the process of maintaining good relationships with the people who have most impact on your work. Communicating with each one in the right way can play a vital part in keeping them "on board.”
