In this course, Understanding Your Product, you will learn all the required skills to analyze and communicate all aspects regarding the product you are developing. First, you will look at the agile mindset that is required to make an objective analysis of all facets of your product. Second, you will focus on identifying and managing stakeholders. Finally, you will explore how to identify value and effectively communicate that with stakeholders of the product.
