Create Message Filtering at Scale Using Amazon SNS Filter Policy
In this lab, you’ll practice setting up an SNS topic with a filter policy. When you’re finished with this lab, you’ll have a good understanding of creating a subscription filter policy to filter messages.

Create Amazon SQS Queues
You’ll create two Amazon SQS standard queues, one to receive high priority messages, and the other to receive the rest.
Create an Amazon SNS Topic and Configure SQS Subscribers
You’ll learn to create an Amazon SNS topic. You’ll also add SQS queues as subscribers to the SNS topic.
Create SNS Subscription Filter Policy
You’ll learn to configure an SNS subscription filter policy on the SNS topic.
Test and Publish the End to End Message Flow
You’ll learn to publish a message into the SNS topic, and will then verify this works.
