Hello, everyone. My name is Mark Nunnikhoven, and welcome to my course, Analyzing Text on AWS Using Amazon Comprehend. I'm an AWS community hero and a long‑time machine learning and AI practitioner. Natural language processing is a technique that aims to make it possible to understand and draw insights about text through machine learning models. In this course, we're going to learn how to leverage natural language processing using Amazon Comprehend. But don't worry, no prior experience in machine learning or natural language processing is required. Some of the major topics that we will cover include the basics of natural language processing, key phrase detection, topic modeling, and secure text analysis. By the end of this course, you'll have a solid understanding of text analysis and how to use Amazon Comprehend.
