Course Overview
Hello, my name is Phil Weinmeister. Welcome to my course, Building and Configuring a Salesforce Community Cloud Experience without Code. I'm the Vice President of Product at 7Summits and the author of multiple Salesforce books, including one on community experiences and another on declarative development. Experience Cloud, previously referred to as Community Cloud, is Salesforce's digital experience platform, providing the means for external users to access and interact with Salesforce through a tailored user experience. It's a growing innovative offering from Salesforce that is an indispensable part of the platform for many businesses. This course is a hands‑on guide to building and configuring a community experience using Experience Cloud. It is highly recommended that users first take Fundamentals of Community Cloud or Experience Cloud to obtain a valuable foundation for this course. Some of the major topics that we will cover include getting started with your build, establishing community pages and components, setting up common elements, incorporating Salesforce CMS, adding Salesforce knowledge, personalizing with audience targeting, and launching your community. By the end of this course, you'll know how to build and configure a basic digital experience on the Salesforce platform without using code. I hope you'll join me on this journey to learn how to build a digital experience on Salesforce with the Building and Configuring a Salesforce Community Cloud Experience without Code course at Pluralsight.
