Creating and delivering IT services in today’s world is a challenge. In this course, ITIL® 4 Specialist CDS: Getting Started, you'll learn to set up the right environment in order to build service value streams to create, deliver, and support IT services. Hi, everyone. My name is Frederico Aranha, but please call me Fred. Welcome to my course, ITIL 4 Specialist CDS: Getting Started. I am an accredited ITIL trainer and a certified ITIL 4 managing professional. We're living in a brand‑new world, a digital world, where frameworks and methodologies evolve to allow businesses to adapt and cope with increasingly complex challenges. And it is in this context that ITIL 4 presents itself as a new take on IT service management, the evolution of a standard that is already the number one choice when it comes to managing and delivering IT services. This course's main objective is to prepare you for the ITIL 4 Create, Deliver, and Support certification exam while teaching you intermediate level concepts and techniques based on the ITIL 4 Foundation and the ITIL 4 CDS official publications.
