I want to quickly clarify here a people leader is anyone who has responsibility for others. If your title is a lead, supervisor, shift manager, manager, it's all one in the same, a leader, a people leader. In this module, we will first quickly review benefits to the organizations that support and encourages work-life balances for each of their employees. I'll then share directional techniques that will help people leaders better support and encourage their employees to find balance both in the work and in their personal lives.
